Granola Bar

Healthy homemade granola bar,

Rich in all nutrients & a perfect snack to curb your sweet cravings.


Ingredients:


1 cup Omani Dates


1 cup Seed mix of your Choice (for eg; pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, sesame seeds etc)


1/2 cup Cereal (Oats or Muesli)


1/4 cup Nuts of your Choice (for eg; Almonds, Walnuts etc)


1/4 cup Flavour of your choice

(Peanut Butter , Almond Butter, Hazelnut

Butter, Cocoa Butter)


Method:


* Roast the seeds, nuts & cereals separately in a pan


* Blenderise the roasted ingredients coarsely in a blender


* Heat pan with 2 tsp Ghee, and add dates, let the dates soften a little.


* Now add all the ingredients with the flavour of your choice


* Mix well and remove from heat.


* Let it cool a little and give shape like a block or you can roll out like ladoos too.


* Store in a air tight container.


** It stays well for 3 months


*** You can add berries like cranberry or blueberry to give it a twist
